Mark as Useful This might be a debt collection company. They knew my name and prompted me to wait about a minute, while "my account information was being looked up". A human then answered and said hello and that he was with "CSI" but acted like he had no clue why I was on the line with him.

I have no card with that number and if you call the number it asks for your 16 digit credit card number. Daughter received exact same call on her cell phone. scam obviously trying to get credit card number
